*Adult* Fiber Arts Camp (5 Saturdays, 9am-12pm)

Join me in my home studio in Kenmore, NY for a few Saturday mornings of Fiber Arts crafting.

Dates: Saturdays 9am-12pm 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5

This camp is my dream camp, and most likely yours, too!  It's been such a hit with the kids camps, we needed to get an adults camp in as well! Thank you for your enthusiasm, support and interest!

This is a series of classes where we work a little on each project, every session. This keeps interest level high and frustration levels low. The goal is to have an introduction to some of the works the Fiber Arts World has to offer. We will be creating several intricate, high quality works of art. 

We'll be working on some of my most favorite projects. These are the projects that I always wish I were doing alongside others. Below are some possibilities of what we will be making.

• We'll be doing some hand stitching with beautiful colors and designs to create Bargello needlepoint bookmarks.
• We'll be creating tumbling block illusions with fabric weaving (which is actually quite different than frame loom weaving).
• We'll be experimenting with ice dyeing. These results are mesmerizing each and every time.
• We'll be creating a woven wall hanging using all sorts of techniques with different yarn and textures on locally sourced frame looms. 
• We'll also dabble in the classic hand embroidery. Working with needles isn't so scary after all.

After you register, I will send out an email covering location, what to bring each day, and a quick google form asking your favorite shades of colors, etc. Most supplies will be included.
